I arrived in Sydney this morning and I love it here! I never thought I could love a city so much. I traveled with Susie, Tommy, and Isabelle (who will also be going to New Zealand with me) and we met up with two other girls from our group about an hour ago. Traveling without adults makes me feel really independent. It's kinda scary but at the same time kinda invigorating. We had to figure out all the logistics of the flight, bus/train transportation, and hostel arrangements all on our own. It's really nice to just relax and not have any coursework to worry about. Tonight we plan on viewing the Harbour Bridge and Opera House from our hostel's rooftop. Fingers crossed for a beautiful sunset!
